Terms of Service

By installing or using the Video Wall for Ring application (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

The App is a third-party Apple TV application that connects to your Ring account through Ring's official integration platform and displays your Ring camera feeds and event history on your Apple TV. We do not manufacture, sell, or service Ring hardware.

Use of the App requires an active Ring account and one or more compatible Ring cameras or doorbells. Live camera streams are served by Ring; event history may require a Ring Protect subscription, which is sold and billed by Ring directly.

Your relationship with Ring is governed by Ring's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for Ring's service availability, pricing, or device behavior.

You agree not to:

• Use the App in connection with cameras you do not own or have authorization to access.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as expressly permitted by law.
• Use the App to violate any applicable law, including laws governing recording, surveillance, or privacy in your jurisdiction.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of our backend services, gain unauthorized access to other users' data, or circumvent any security mechanisms.
• Resell, rebrand, or redistribute the App without our written permission.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Ring account credentials and the Apple TVs you pair with the App. Notify us at support@videowalllive.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

The App, its source code, design, and brand identity are the property of Video Wall Live. “Ring” is a trademark of Ring LLC. We claim no ownership of Ring's trademarks, content, or services and use them only as permitted by Ring's integration platform.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Ring device or household setup. Live camera streams depend on Ring's service, your home network, and Apple's platform — any of which may experience outages or limitations outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Video Wall Live and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to property damage, loss of data, missed events, or failure of the App to display a camera feed at any particular time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, including if you violate these Terms or if Ring revokes the integration permission. You may stop using the App at any time by signing out and uninstalling.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
